We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer who combines strong visual design skills with deep user empathy. You'll craft intuitive, visually stunning interfaces for our digital products, client projects, and internal tools ensuring every interaction feels polished, purposeful, and aligned with our premium brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web applications, interactive 3D experiences, and client-facing platforms
- Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to inform design decisions
- Build and maintain a comprehensive design system with reusable components, tokens, and documentation
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups in Figma for stakeholder review and developer handoff
- Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
- Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Contribute to the studio's visual identity across marketing materials, presentations, and social media
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, variables, prototyping)
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout systems
- Experience designing responsive interfaces across web, tablet, and mobile
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) for effective developer collaboration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design rationale
